When I want to eat Lotus Leaf Rice will always think of Orna Golf Resort Chinese Restaurant, since now in KL only remember the taste.So I decided to cook myself Steamed Lotus Leaf Glutinous Rice with Smoked Oyster.
Ingredients ; Garlic , Ginger , Shallots , Dried Shrimps , Dry Chestnuts , Shitake Mushrooms , Smoked Oyster , Diced Chicken , Soaked Glutinous Rice ( 6 Hours or Overnight ) , Fish Sauce , Soy Sauce , Shaoxing Wine .
Soaked Lotus Leaf for about 6 Hours.
Bamboo Steamed Rack on Stove.
Stir Fry all Ingredients & placed it in the Lotus Leaf.
Wrapped the Rice in the Lotus Leaf & put it in the Bamboo Steamed Rack.Steamed for 45 minutes.
Cooked Steamed Lotus Leaf Glutinous Rice with Smoked Oyster.
It really tasted good we finish it.... Good !
