Prawn Fritters or Cucur Udang

Prawn Fritters in Malay we call it Cucur Udang which is big fan for adults & children.It is crunchy & you can dip with chili sauce.
Ingredients are flour , baking powder , marjerin , water , slice onions , slice scallions , slice chilies if you like spicy take birds eyes chili , sugar ,salt & pepper to taste.Mix it all together into a batter remember not too watery.
Don't forget the prawns,if not u are making cucur bawang or Onion Fritters. Mix together with batter & deep fry it with hot oil in medium heat.
Ready Prawn Fritters to be your tea break or dinner appetizers......

Boiled Ginger Sweet Potatoes

It is not only a Dessert ,is also a healthy drink to relieve wind in your body.
Boiled Sweet Potatoes with Ginger Syrup....
Ingredients Sweet Potatoes cut into wedges , Pandan Leaves tie into knots , Ginger washed & mashed & Rock Sugar.
Ready Ginger Syrup with Sweet Potatoes.

Taro Puff

Now we try something with Fry.....
Ingredients mixed mashed steam yam with wheat starch with shortening , salt & sugar for the pastry.For the fillings stir fry garlic , onion , oyster sauce , green beans ,  prawns , carrots diced , minced chicken , salt & pepper to taste.
Fry with Medium Heat till golden brown.
Ready Taro Puff.
When eating beware the heat.... Enjoy


Steamed Pumpkin Cake

Malaysia is a Multi Racial Country , so you can get lots of delicacies.I always like to eat Steamed Pumpkin Cake but not many people selling this so I have to make my own Steamed Pumpkin Cake.
Pumpkin diced , Dry Shrimps soaked & chopped , Chicken Fillet minced , Chinese Mushroom soaked & minced , Shallots sliced , Rice Flour Batter , Oil , Salt & Pepper.
Cooked all the ingredients in a wok when is half cooked spread it in a rectangular pan.
 Put the pan on the steam rack & steam for 1 hour.
Garnish with fry shallots,sliced scallions & chilies & .......
Is a must for you to eat with...
Sambal Udang Kering ( Dry Shrimps Sambal )

Sweet Sour Flower Crab

CRABS ! CRABS ! CRABS ! I love to eat Crabs.... Could not get the Sri Lanka Crab hmm... Flower Crabs also ok lah just the fresh is not that much.... Always eat out but this time I cook myself at home,but not bad everyone loves it..... Yeah I did it....
Flower Crab , Minced Ginger , Slice Red Chili , Tomatoes , Scallions , Egg , Tomato Sauce , Chili Sauce , Shaoxing Wine , Salt & Pepper.
